SHIPPING INFORMATION 

we need time to process orders, all meats are freshly brought in from the abattoir, the carcasses need to be broken down wrapped and packed, currently we are shipping 1 day a week,  typically Wednesday or Thursday.

If this is not OK please don't order as we cannot ship specially.
